Quality Production Process
Shredding and Crushing
Small-diameter timber, agricultural and forestry residues, and other recyclable materials can be used for repeated production.
Drying
Dry the crushed raw materials until the moisture content is below 8%.
Drying
Mix the dried raw materials thoroughly with MDI adhesive.
Hot Pressing
Place the mixed raw materials into a molding tray and press them into shape.
Demolding/ Warehousing
After removing the tray, demold, trim, stack, and store.
